Her capital markets background includes research, equity analysis, public offerings, valuation, restructuring, sales and fund management. She has founded and led three mineral exploration companies, acquiring projects and securing capital for exploration and development. She has served on resource-company boards for more than 20 years, including on audit committees.

Paul Poggione has more than 25 years of capital markets experience, including research, equity analysis, public offerings, mine visits and portfolio management. He has worked in business development with New Age Metals, El-Nino Ventures, Metal Quest Mining and Rockport Capital. In 2019 he helped coordinate Argo Gold’s winter drilling campaign at Uchi Lake; he founded the Poggione Group in 2018 and earned the Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2013.
